Our producer has stopped making Blood Orange due to availability issues.

This fused oil is produced twice a year, in line with the harvests of the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. The flavor may differ based on the time of purchase, as various varietals are utilized for each harvest period.
All Con' Olio sourced extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars are tested by Modern Olives for organoleptic and chemical analysis.

Olive oil fused with whol orange
I substitute this olive oil for the vegetable oil in my brownie mix. It adds so much to the chocolate flavor.

Visiting friends in Austin, they introduced us to their FAVORITE oil/vinegar combo (Blood Orange Olive Oil and Fig Balsamic.) WOW! We were hooked.
