Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. This is a tart Balsamic Vinegar with a residual grape flavor.
OIL PAIRINGS: Orange, Garlic, Lemon, Persian Lime, Herbes de Provence, Tuscan Herb, any single varietal extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
IDEAS:
- Mix with any EVOO to create a vinaigrette.
- Combine with Garlic olive oil and drizzle over any green vegetable.
- Drizzle over a fresh fruit salad.
- Brush on any white fish, garnish with fresh herbs, and bake.
- Incorporate into homemade jams or preserves.
