As a member of our subscription box you will unlock access to a rotating selection of goods including our award-winning, fresh extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and gourmet specialty foods directly to your door. Your quarterly box will Include shipping, recipe cards, pairing ideas & description cards. Shipments will arrive in February, May, August, and November. We'll include full description cards on what's included and how to use everything in your delicious box! These also make wonderful gifts!
You’ll unlock access to a rotating quarterly curation of our acclaimed small-batch oils and vinegars, rare and unique oils and vinegars from around the world, & other gourmet artisanal items from our Austin shop and network of local partners that will pair beautifully with your quarterly oil and vinegar selections. Members will also receive exclusive access to our new fresh crush olive oil releases and vinegars and products, tasting notes, accompanying educational content.
Our subscription offers you the chance to sample some of the world's finest and freshest olive oils & balsamic vinegars without having to travel the world and smuggle bottles back in your suitcase. Members always receive a mix of oils and vinegar each quarter from different countries including Italy, France, Greece, Spain, Australia, America, and Chile. Our oils come only from the most recent regional olive harvests to ensure freshness and quality. Con' Olio olive oils are imported from small family farms and "green" producers who work to maintain traditional harvesting methods and celebrate the culture and history of EVOO and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. As such, these olive oils & Balsamic Vinegars are not products you will find on any supermarket shelves. No two boxes will be the same and our team has a blast creating our boxes for you!

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive that quarters seasonal box. For example, if you signed up in February, we'll ship the current seasonal box out to your right away.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent quarter (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at the Con' Olio Account Login, where you can skip a quarter, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select shipping, you will receive an email when your order is shipped out with a tracking link.
Policies |It is the members responsibility to keep any address changes updated in the member portal before boxes are shipped (Con’ Olio is not responsible for misdirected shipments).
There is no membership fee and no refunds.
Shipping | Shipments are sent via Fedex or UPS. Shipping is included in the price above. Must have a physical address, no PO Boxes. Orders will ship the second week of each February, May, August, and November
