Olive wood smoked olive oil
We love this product in our house. It’s absolutely the best smoked olive oil we have found on the market. I’ll never buy another version again. We pour a little over the top of our homemade baba ghannouj to add a smokiness to it. We use it in marinades, rubs, sautéing, appetizers, dips and general cooking. So many uses! Just let your imagination guide you. If you’ve never had smoked olive oil before I recommend you try the small bottle. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll definitely be back for more. We have ours shipped since we no longer live in Austin. It’s worth every penny and then some!
