This oil works well in any savory dish that you would otherwise call for butter. It is terrific on fish and vegetables. The oil does not taste like pure butter alone, there is an olive oil component to the flavor, however, it is mild. If you are vegan, allergic to dairy or you are looking for a heart healthy alternative, this is a great way to go.
