Our amazing supplier was onsite in Peru milling -using elite methods like cooling the malaxer (olive paste) and low processing times plus exceedingly short tree-to-mill delays, picking and processing fruit within two hours which yields superb chemistry and preserves the sensory characteristics with Partner Oasis Olives (Peru)
