Balsamic Pork Chops

4 bone in pork chops(1/2-3/4 in thick)
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar(we love red apple, strawberry, black cherry, traditional, honey ginger)
1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon of local honey
salt and pepper to taste
Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and pepper
Combine balsamic, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a medium bowl and set aside
Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet for over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4-6 minutes on side, then flip and cook another minute. Do not overcook as pork will turn chewy and dry. Remove from heat and set aside and cover.
In warm skillet add glaze mix and reduce so mixture is half. About 5-6 minutes.
Drizzle pork chops with glaze and serve!
