Balsamic Cucumbertini

1. 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, we recommend Lemongrass Mint or Suyo Cucumber here

2. 2½ oz. (5 Tbsp.) dry gin (Hendricks or Botanist

3. ½ oz. (1 Tbsp.) blanc vermouth

4. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

5. Sliced Cucumber

6. Optional mint 

  1. Mix the martini: In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the gin, along with the vermouth, lemon juice, balsamic. Stir until well-chilled, then strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with as many cucumbers and mint as you like. Serve immediately.
