Baked Tilapia

4 tilapia fillets

4 tbsp on Lemon Olive Oil

3 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic salt

  • Place tilapia in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic and pepper; pour over the fillets. 
  • Bake, uncovered, at 425° until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10-15 minutes.
