2024 Jeff Conarko Grant for Sustainability

Last month, the Texas Food and Wine Alliance awarded over $50,000 in grants to local businesses and nonprofits to support culinary innovation and community giveback projects. Con’Olio is so proud to support this great organization that is boosting the Central Texas food economy. One of the grants included is the $2,500 Jeff Conarko Grant For Sustainability, which I established in collaboration with the TFWA in 2017 to honor my late husband.

Eden East Farm was awarded the Jeff Conarko Grant for Sustainability, and I was honored to present them with the award.

With the generous support of this grant, Eden East Farm will not only continue their work in gardening/farming and start a seed-saving initiative, but also offer educational classes and, most importantly, nourish the community with their locally grown food. This is a testament to the power of community and sustainability.

Because of you, we can donate a portion of our monthly sales to organizations that are meaningful to our family and team throughout Central Texas.
