Black Cherry Balsomic Vinegar
A few years ago in Germany we visited a vinegar producer and were able to taste several different flavors. We got hooked. ConOlio sells similar ones, like this which we enjoy in small glasses with or without a bit of water but could also use in salad dressing. Our favorites are this one and the wild blueberry.

Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
This was the first balsamic vinegar we have tried and it has been excellent! Alone it is a wonderful dipping sauce. Mixed with extra virgin olive oil half-half it serves as our standard salad dressing.

Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
I used this to marinate some portobello mushrooms, along with some extra virgin olive oil and salt, pepper. I usually put garlic in, but I wanted the taste of the vinegar to dominate. I grilled the mushrooms alone, and didn’t put any cheese or sauces on them and they were delicious. This black cherry balsamic is wonderful. I’m looking forward to trying more varieties with different mushrooms! Thanks to Lucky, I have a few in mind.

I tasted this vinegar at a friends house and couldn't wait to buy my own bottle. I love it so much that I have given it as a gift to several of my friends on their birthday.
