Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Balsamic goes through the same cooking and barrel aging process as the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, but without the caramelization. The outcome? zesty, tangy vinegar with a hint of sweetness. This is a tart Balsamic Vinegar with a lingering grape flavor.
OIL PAIRINGS: Orange, Garlic, Lemon, Persian Lime, Herbes de Provence, Tuscan Herb, any single varietal extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
